About Me and My Business
Welcome and thank you for visiting my site! I am a Colorado native and have been licensed and practicing massage for fourteen years. I completed my massage program in Fort Collins in 2012 and also became a certified Reiki Master and Meditation Instructor since then. I have worked in many settings; local spas, renting my own space, and offering mobile table and chair massage services. Most of my clients throughout the years have loved the convenience and relaxation of enjoying massage in their own homes and now that I am a full-time resident of Glacier View Meadows in Livermore, I believe the beautiful mountain scenery and luxury of not having to drive into town for a massage will be a wonderful combination for new clients in our area!
I began my career as a massage therapist knowing that I wanted to help others bridge the body, mind, and spirit gaps that we all experience now and then. Massage is a fabulous way to heal the physical body, allow for a quieting of the mind, and a complete rejuvenation of the spirit. I tailor each massage to your preferences from focus spots, depth of pressure, areas of injury that should be avoided, to music and essential oil choice. My experience with Reiki and meditation allows for a relaxing massage even if you’re a deep tissue craver!
Although I enjoy talking with my clients before and after sessions, I prefer to be quiet during the massage as this allows me to focus and provide the best care possible and for you to quiet your mind and be in the moment.
On a more personal note, my husband and I moved to GVM in April of 2020 after 12 years of Fort Collins city life and we are absolutely loving it! Before our move to Fort Collins, we had lived for many years in the mountains between Black Hawk and Nederland where we began raising a family of two boys, dogs, and cats. We are now empty-nesters (dogs and cats have decided to stick around) and it feels so refreshing to be back in the mountains that we call home!
As all of us know, between Covid and horrible wildfires, 2020 was a very disruptive year. My business slowed down tremendously but I was granted a very serendipitous opportunity to work at Gordon Creek Farm here in Livermore and I have recently finished my third season there! Some of you will be familiar with Farmer Chris’s incredible vegetables either through the Red Feather Virtual Farmers Market or if you are lucky enough to be a CSA member. I am so very grateful and honored to have been gifted a position on this very unique mountain farm and I am excited to meet all of you and see if we are a good fit as massage provider and client!
